oklv Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Bangladesh Players

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and oklv ("oklv", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the oklv website, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features available at oklv.today. By accessing the oklv platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

oklv operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. These Terms are subject to change at oklv's discretion, and continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. oklv recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the oklv platform, players must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. oklv reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any time and to take appropriate action — including account suspension — where a player is found to be ineligible.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. oklv strictly enforces its minimum age policy and may request proof of age — including a copy of a valid national ID card or passport — at any time prior to or after account registration.
• 1.2You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• 1.3You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• 1.4oklv employees, directors, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers. oklv reserves the right to close any account found to be held by a current or former employee of the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

oklv supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile banking services and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the oklv platform.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount on oklv is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. oklv does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made through Bangladesh mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to bank-side processing fees.
• 3.2All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name. oklv does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods belonging to other individuals, or accounts where the name does not match the registered oklv account.
• 3.3Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours of approval. During periods of high volume, or where KYC verification is pending, processing times may be longer. oklv aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt, but does not guarantee this timeline in all circumstances.
• 3.4oklv reserves the right to request documentary evidence for any withdrawal request, including proof of identity, proof of address, and verification that the payment method used for the deposit belongs to the account holder. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• 3.5Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be applicable to gambling winnings under Bangladesh law. oklv does not deduct taxes from player withdrawals, and all tax compliance is the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

oklv is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oklv platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• 5.1Collusion between players, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or defraud oklv or other players is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• 5.2The use of any software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to automate play, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent oklv's game rules or security systems is prohibited. oklv uses automated detection systems to identify non-human play patterns.
• 5.3Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software glitches, incomplete game states, or payment processing errors to obtain funds or credits to which the player is not legitimately entitled will result in cancellation of winnings obtained by such means and may result in account termination.
• 5.4oklv reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there has been a manifest technical error that materially affected the outcome. In such cases, oklv will aim to restore all player accounts to their state prior to the error occurring, subject to the available records.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

oklv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where circumstances warrant such action. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting oklv support.

• 7.1oklv may immediately suspend or close a player account without notice where: the player is found to be under the age of 21; the player has provided false registration information; the player is found to have created multiple accounts; the account is suspected of being used for money laundering or fraud; or the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• 7.2Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, oklv reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, oklv reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
• 7.3Where a player chooses to close their account voluntarily and there is no outstanding investigation or breach, oklv will process the remaining account balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oklv's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as set out in this section. These limitations do not affect any statutory rights that players may have under applicable consumer protection law.

• 9.1oklv is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or server downtime.
• 9.2oklv does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, and factors outside oklv's control (including internet infrastructure failures and third-party payment processing issues) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
• 9.3oklv's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their oklv account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
